Shipping Terms and Conditions

Completion Time: Given that all our work is made to order, the completion time is typically between 4 to 6 weeks.

While we make every effort to have your order ready to ship in the time frame mentioned above, occasionally unexpected delays may occur and this completion time may be extended. Either way you will get update notification about the status of your order.

Rush Order: To inquire if we can meet a tighter deadline please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking: Once our creations are ready to be shipped, they are sent signature-required, via a major shipping service providers, such as UPS, DHL, FEDEX, PUROLATOR, depending on the destination.

Shipping Time and Destinations: 

Once your order is ready to ship, delivery within Canada typically takes from 2-7 business days from the time of shipping, depending on your location.

Delivery for orders to be shipped outside Canada, typically takes 5-12 business days from the time of shipping. Predominantly, we use FEDEX and DHL for international Express shipping, unless otherwise requested. Average cost $45-125 CAD.
